Notes & Disclaimer: Engineering (E) includes complete multidisciplinary design covering Architecture, Civil, Structural, and MEP services. PMC includes project supervision, coordination, quality control, billing certification, and progress monitoring. Engineering & Construction (E&C) includes full execution responsibility. The rates provided in the above table represent starting rates and are indicative in nature. Final pricing is project-specific and depends on project size, scope, complexity, soil investigation report, seismic zone, crane loads, height, structural system selection, applicable design codes, technical deliverables required, site constraints, and timeline requirements. Prices are applicable for standard industrial and commercial projects only; residential projects are not undertaken. A soil investigation report is mandatory prior to foundation design. Final proposals are issued after scope review and technical discussion. GST will be applicable as per prevailing regulations.
