Our structures are engineered for the most challenging loads including cyclonic winds, earthquakes, aggressive environment & harsh soil & weather conditions. Our structures are ductile enough to absorb seismic shocks applicable to the site. All probable load combinations are accounted for in computerized structural analysis & design that is done in strict compliance with relevant design code & applicable national standards.

At ECE, we undertake analysis, design, detailing, design supervision and quality control checks for our clients. Design includes civil, structural and geotechnical design for various projects including residential buildings, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, underground structures and marine works.



We undertake industrial architecture and drafting. Full-service architectural design/ planning is not done at ECE. We provide feasibility studies, master planning, conceptual and detailed design for industrial projects that include electrial sub-station buildings, LER buildings, industrial sheds, sheds for car-parks and similar buildings.

Geotechnical design is done in accordance with geotechnical interpretative report. All substructure elements are ensured to have the soil pressure underneath within limits of allowable gross/ net SBC of the soil. Clients are advised for dewatering measures, should the sub-structure extend below anticipated water table during construction. Type and composition of concrete, type of cement (whether sulphate resisting etc), concrete cover etc are selected based on ground water composition in respect of sulphates and chlorides.



We incorporate 'Green-Build' design techniques for our clients. Use of recycled materials is considered and ways to reduce waste are looked into at an early stage.
